Confirmation and Cancellation
You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as you click “Confirm” on the order form.
Once you have clicked “Confirm”, you cannot cancel your order until you receive it.

Distance Selling Act
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 14 days from the day you actually receive your order to return it, exchange it, or cancel it.
Shipment Details
You will pay the shipment for any items you ship back to Indo-Pak.
Indo-Pak will pay the shipping for any replacement item they send you.
Prohibited Products
- There are several Prohibited Products that Indo-Pak will not sell or ship, including:
- Alcohol
- Used goods, not included Demo Copies
- Animals, plants and other living organisms
- Drugs (including, but not limited to, narcotic products or other product may be classified as narcotic products)
- Fireworks, explosives
- Gild metal
- ID documents
- Licensed or dangerous chemicals or substances (including but not limited to plant protection and biocidal products), but not beauty products.
- Condoms of brands other than RFSU and Durex
- Lottery tickets
- Pharmaceuticals, veterinary products, medical devices, or other similar health care products that are subject to registration or licensing
- Materials that may be engender racial hatred
- Pirated material and bootleg copies
- Pornographic material
- Products that do not meet the relevant safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Sex Toys
- Stolen products
- Services
- Tobacco
- Currency, coins, banknotes, securities
- Weapon
- Other banned items
- Real fur
Non-Returnable Items
You cannot return the following:
- Wigs and hairpieces
- Piercing Jewelry and earrings
- Cosmetic products (including hair and skin care products and perfumes)
- Adhesive products used directly on the skin
- Food product such as oil, jam, or other bottled products
- Similar or comparable products to those listed above
Delivery Details
Delivery of your order is 3-5 business days. There is no delivery on weekends or public holidays.
Order Confirmation
When you place your order, you will receive confirmation of what you purchased and how much you paid. Your Indo-Pak-order number will be on the confirmation, and it will contain information on what you bought and what products are shipped from the store.
Product Issues and Complaints
If you get a product delivered to you that does not match what you ordered or is in any way defective or non-functioning, you always have the right to charge a complaint and return the product to Indo-Pak. Note that you always need to contact Indo-Pak to obtain a return number (RN) before you return anything. Without an RN, Indo-Pak cannot receive and administer the return and fix the errors that occurred for you.
Return Process
The consumer pays the cost of return shipping, and it is also you as a consumer who is responsible to make sure the return arrives here in a timely manner.
Refund Detail
Depending on the payment method used at time of purchase, a repayment is made with the same method.
Order Modification and Cancellation
We are unable to supplement, modify, or cancel an order after it is placed and confirmed. Should you cancel your purchase, you always have 14 days right under the Distance Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins to run from the date you received the product.
