Are the goods I order from Indo-Pak usually in stock?

Yes. Indo-Pak works on its own layer, offering only items that we can keep in stock. If you see something on our site, it is in stock.

Why did I get a delivery notification rather than a package?

Some letters and packages cannot be shipped directly to your home. In these cases, they must be picked up at the delivery point. If this is true, you will receive a notice from the shipper to come and pick up your shipment. Alerts can come as text messages, emails or as a notice in the Post.

Do I get any information on my order?

When you place your order, you will receive confirmation of what you purchased and how much you paid. Your Indo-Pak-order number will be on the confirmation, and it will contain information on what you bought and what products are shipped from the store.

How many days does it take to deliver an Indo-Pak-order?

Delivery of your order is 3-5 business days. There is no delivery on weekends or public holidays.

What if my order is delayed?

Always work for you to get your order delivered to you within the specified delivery time. Sometimes delays occur, because of work load. As a consumer, you always have the right to return their purchase in accordance with applicable consumer law if the order is not received within the promised delivery time. However, there is no automatic right of cancellation of the purchase in the event of delays that Indo-Pak has remedied within a reasonable time.

What do I do if my product is damaged on arrival?

If shipping damage occurs, you must notify both Indo-Pak and shipping company as soon as you receive your delivery. This applies to both visible and hidden damage. Therefore, it is important that you inspect your products carefully, inside and out, as soon as you receive them. Note that you may not use the affected product and that you need to keep the product packaging so that it can be inspected at the management of claims case. Depending on the extent of damage, we will  replace the product or issue a refund.

What about withdrawal?

As a consumer, you always have 14 days right under the Distance Selling Act to change your mind about your order. That means if you purchase a product on Indo-Pak, you have the option to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to run from the date you received the product. Note that you must receive the product in order to apply your right.

What should I communicate Indo-Pak if I want to cancel a purchase?

When you want to cancel a purchase of a product you purchased from Indo-Pak, contact our customer service by visiting our Customer Service, where you can easily send your message to us. Enter your order number and specify which products you want to cancel. Indo-Pak’s customer service will reply to you within 24 hours and you will receive an RN (return code) and a return address to which you should return your product.

What should I communicate Indo-Pak if I wish to return a product?

When you wish to return a product purchased on Indo-Pak contact Indo-Pak’s customer service by visiting our Customer Service where you can easily send your message to us. Enter your order number and which product you wish to complain, and provide such detail on what is wrong or defective product. Are you able, please attach a photo of the defective or faulty product. Within 24 hours you will get answers from Indo-Pak’s customer service to help you proceed.

Below is a list of products and product categories that cannot be returned (unless otherwise expressly stated in the respective product advertisement):

  • Wigs and hairpieces
  • Piercing Jewelry and earrings
  • Cosmetic products (including hair and skin care products and perfumes)
  • Adhesive products used directly on the skin
  • Food product such as oil, jam, and other bottled items
  • Similar or comparable products to those listed above
What distinguishes a regretted purchase from a complaint?

You may complain about a product if you get a product delivered to you that does not match what you ordered or is in any way defective or non-functioning. You always have the right to charge a complaint and return the product to Indo-Pak. Read more on page Returns .

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

If you get a product delivered to you that does not match what you ordered or is in any way defective or non-functioning, you always have the right to charge a complaint and return the product to Indo-Pak. Note that you always need to contact Indo-Pak to obtain a return number (RN) before you return anything. Without an RN, Indo-Pak cannot receive and administer the return and fix the errors that occurred for you.

How do I return a product that I regret?

If you accidentally order the wrong product or just regret your purchase, you have the opportunity to use the right of withdrawal of 14 days (from the date you received the package) and return the product. You must always contact Indo-Pak at rebounds to obtain a return number (RN) before sending the product back. Indo-Pak cannot accept products without a return number. The consumer pays the cost of return shipping.

Where should I send the return package?

Returned products must be sent to the store for that specific product. You must always contact Indo-Pak to obtain a return number (RN) before sending the product back. Return Number (RN) is valid for 14 days from your receipt of it. You should, in other words, send in your return as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from your assigned return number (RN). Indo-Pak will inform you on how the actual return will be performed and the address to which the product will be sent. Indo-Pak cannot accept products without a return number. The consumer pays the cost of return shipping.

Who pays the return shipping?

The consumer pays the cost of return shipping, and it is also you as a consumer who is responsible to make sure the return arrives here in a timely manner. Therefore, we recommend our consumers use registered or traceable shipping, especially when it comes to the return of more expensive products.  In addition, your claim must go through and be approved. Read more on page Returns.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as the store receives the packet and verifies that the returned product is consistent with the return instructions, the product is unused and in good condition, and that it was returned along with the original packaging and associated packaging, you get a confirmation email stating that your return has been accepted. Then, depending on the payment method used at time of purchase, a repayment is made with the same method. This means that refunds can only be made to the same source that you used to purchase the products from the beginning. For example, a credit card payment will be credited back to your credit card. Any replacement product will be sent to you at no extra cost, provided that the claim is approved.

How do I cancel or do I exchange a product?

 We are unable to supplement, modify, or cancel an order after it is placed and confirmed. Should you cancel your purchase, you always have 14 days right under the Distance Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins to run from the date you received the product.
